Too many families are food insecure and we all can help put food on their table. In Secaucus alone, we have almost 200 families suffering from food insecurity and need our help. So please support our Rotary Club of Secaucus Food Drive by contributing canned goods, cereal, tuna fish, peanut butter, pasta and other non-perishables that we we be delivering to the Secaucus Food Pantry.

You can drop off your donations at Papa's Travel Store at 1281 Paterson Plank Road, or you can drop off a check made out to the Rotary Club of Secaucus Foundation. You can also mail a chec to PO Box 1094, Secaucus, NJ 07096-1094. If you would like to make a contribution by credit card, log onto www.secaucusrotary.org and click on the "Donate Now" button. Fill in your info and dollar amount and you're done.

	Rotary's involvement in polio eradication began in 1979 with a five-year commitment to provide and help deliver polio vaccine to six million children of the Philippines. Following similar commitments in other countries, in the early 80's Rotary started planning for the most ambitious program in its history — to immunize all of the world's children against polio, and in 1985 PolioPlus was born. Since then, Rotary’s dedication to the global eradication of polio has remained constant. This year, 2023, marks the 38th anniversary of PolioPlus and more than three decades of progress and challenges the program has faced. But through the efforts of Rotary, over 99 percent of the world’s population lives in regions certified polio-free. The goal of eradication is closer than ever.
